Asas Brands believes on the ASAP process! It provides its customers with their required delivery as quickly and efficiently as possible. The moment our customer(s) place their order, our CSR representative instigates communication with the concerned party (customer(s)) and provides them with a detailed portrayal of the selected/chosen product. Once this is done, confirmation for the placement of order(s) is proceeded through, according to the user feasibility and satisfaction. After that, the order is processed forward towards the next step that is of dispatching it to be delivered to the customer. Return, Exchange & Cash back policy
Purchased items may be exchanged (or) returned with a period of 2-3 days at max. The duration for this policy activates after the customer has received the delivery of the ordered product. However, certain conditions are applied in this case. For details, please read through the next passage carefully.
The exchange policies are applicable in case of the following situations/conditions: The product delivered was not the same as the one ordered or not the same as that mentioned in the picture (on the website). In case if the product does not fit you (in case if the ordered product is a clothing or any other type of accessory). A leverage advantage - In case if the customer does not want to immediately order a replacement, then in such a case, we could provide you with a discount voucher to be used for shopping through some time in the future. In order to return the product, the customer would need to send in images, through WatsApp, of the product(s) to the Company’s official number. (A humble reminder: request for returning/exchanging used products will not be entertained - Exchanges will only be accounted, if the item(s)/product(s) are unused and returned in their original form). We encourage you to follow the same means-for-contact in case of returns, exchange & refunds. Which is through our WatsApp number. All you need to do, is to just leave a message regarding your complaint on our mentioned number, with the image of the product (that was delivered to you) and our representative will get reciprocate within twenty-four hours. Once your complaint is verified, it will be catered and resolved within no time.
Refund or Cashback:
In case you are not a one-hundred percent satisfied with your product, Asas Brands provides you with the leverage of returning it back; provided the condition of the product(s) is not compromised i.e. it is returned back in the same condition as was at time of the delivery and in the same packaging. A Refund will only be valid in case if the customer got a damaged or a dysfunctional product delivered. And upon complaining, does not get a rectified order, as Asas Brands has no more of the same products left in stock. In this case, Asas Brands will give a full refund to the customer. However, upon returning the item, the cash-back would be 70% of the amount that you originally paid. The payment-back would only be processed once the item is returned back in its original form along with the specifications mentioned prior. It may take, approximately, 10 working days to proceed with the cash-back (payment). The return conveyance charges would also have to be shouldered by the customer(s).
Delivery info and details
Our delivery time lies between 3 to 5 working days. Once you have placed your order through the Asas Brands website or on-call, you’ll receive a confirmation call within a twenty-four-hour period from our call center for the order verification and details before the order is dispatched. The dispatching activity is probable to occur within the same day of your order; unless the working hours are dismissed.
Our delivery charges are incurred upon the delivery of the service/product. The charges are 200.00 PKR.
